All artwork is designed and created by Sarah Livingstone from her studio in Lancashire, UK.
Handmade Nature of the Work
Every piece is individually handmade and hand-decorated using the sgraffito technique.
As each item is made by hand, slight variations in colour, texture, size and finish are part of the character of the work and should not be considered defects.
Product photographs are intended to give an accurate representation, but colours may vary slightly between screens and devices.
Ordering
Orders are accepted subject to availability.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of the order. Acceptance takes place when your item is dispatched.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary.
Prices
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).
Prices may be changed without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods available on the website.
Shipping
Orders are normally dispatched within 3–5 working days unless otherwise stated.
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, strikes or circumstances beyond my control.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties or local taxes that may apply in their country.
Returns & Refunds
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the damage.
Where appropriate, I will offer:
A replacement
A repair
A refund
If you change your mind about a purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and securely packaged.
The customer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
Your statutory rights are not affected. �

Bespoke and Commissioned Work
Commissioned, personalised or bespoke items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or are faulty.
Under UK consumer legislation, personalised or custom-made goods are generally exempt from the standard cancellation rights that apply to online purchases. �
